If the audio doesn't play automatically, it would be for one of the following reasons:

1. The server is temporarily offline.
2. You are using an incompatible Internet browser.
3. The version of browser you are using is too old.
4. JavaScript is disabled in your browser.
5. You need to accept and install the ActiveX Control, if prompted.
6. You are behind a firewall which blocks the port 1144 (which is required).
