Give us a call or use the technical support contact form, on our contact page, and we can help you fix your computer-related problems over the phone or Internet.
If the problem can't be resolved, we can send out a technician to your home or workplace and attempt repair on-site.
If the problem can't be repaired at your location, we can then bring your faulty item back to our workshop for detailed repair work... After which, we would deliver your item back to your location, re-connect all cables and test to make sure everything is working.
Please make sure you have the original Windows CD and Product Key as this helps speed up the repair work with certain types of computer problems. Please note, some repair work may be refused if appropriate authentication documents are not provided by the customer.
All this is done for only $66 per hour, capped at $132 for two hours or more for in-store work, and only $88 per hour if we have to repair at your premises - this is not capped.
Please note: The above prices do not include the cost of any parts or software used or purchased by you, the client. A free quote will be provided prior to any work resulting in extra costs.
*Free pick-up and delivery if within Sale or Wurruk (subject to fair-use). Travel to outside these areas is chargable at $25 per 25km.

Virus
Detection and Removal
We specialise in the detection and removal of Viruses, Spyware and any other form of unwanted software (or bug) on your computer.
If you have data which is important and you can't afford to lose, let us know prior to work commencing and we perform a full backup of your entire drive contents - in the rare event of data loss due to virus activity during extraction.
Please make sure you have the original Windows CD and Product Key for all work involving viruses and spyware. Most of the time Viruses will modify or delete Windows files and we will need to re-initialise Windows after we remove the viruses.
This service provided for $66* including GST.
If the removal process is more involved and takes more than a few hours to complete, we will charge an additional $66 inc GST.

Data
Recovery and Loss Prevention
Power failure? Faulty Hard Drive? Deleted the wrong file?
We can help.
Provided there is no physical damage to your computer's hard drive, we have an 85% success-rate of recovering otherwise lost data from your computer, USB Flash Drive or even CD/DVD.
The most important thing you need to do is NOT use the computer or device once you notice the loss of data. If you continue to use the computer, the deleted or 'lost' data may be over-written - this dramatically reduces the chances of recovering that data (at an affordable price).
If you need data recovered, give us a call and we'll be able to tell you the chances of us recovering your data. If we can't recover your data, and you really need it (eg: business data), we have another service - but at a much higher cost (call for a free quote).
Whatever the case, come in and see us or we can come to you to pick up your computer or device to be recovered.
Our data recovery rates do vary, depending on the cause of data loss, and how bad the loss is. A quote can be provided for free, if required.
To prevent the loss of data in the first place, we offer several solutions:
1. The easiest and least costly is the UPS.
An uninterruptible power supply (UPS), uninterruptible power source or sometimes called a battery backup is a device which maintains a continuous supply of electric power to connected equipment by supplying power from a separate source when utility power is not available.
A UPS is inserted between the source of power (typically commercial utility power) and the load it is protecting. When a power failure or abnormality occurs, the UPS will effectively switch from utility power to its own power source almost instantaneously.
While not limited to safeguarding any particular type of equipment, a UPS is typically used to protect computers, telecommunication equipment or other electrical equipment where an unexpected power disruption could cause injuries, fatalities, serious business disruption or data loss. UPS units come in sizes ranging from units which will back up a single computer without monitor (around 200 VA) to units which will power entire data centers or buildings (several megawatts). Larger UPS units typically work in conjunction with generators.

We provide a range of UPS units, to suite your individual needs. In conjunction to a UPS, you should also be using a good quality power board or Surge Protector for all important equipment.
2. Aside from the UPS, we provide redundant hard-drive-arrays, like RAID systems. This is a series of equivalent hard drives working together to do the same thing. This helps prevent loss of data due to a faulty hard drive - if one drive fails, the other is still running in it's place and there won't be any data loss.

Backup
Facility - Long Term/Short Term
Ideal for business users.
We provide a backup facility for any amount of commercial data (up to 5,000 GB per user). We can back-up your data to our hard drives, DVDs, CDs or any medium which you prefer.
We always keep at least two copies of the same backup, each is stored in separate locations (different buildings) for added security and safety.
Call us for a quote of our short and long-term backup costs. Backup storage is to be pre-paid for the duration of the storage.

be rented on either a daily, weekly or monthly basis at incredibly
affordable prices. These come with a huge selection of games, available
for only a small extra fee.
Please
note: To hire a console, a $55 cash deposit must be made. This deposit is fully refundable if the console
is returned in fully working order and on time.
Repairs
and Servicing
We can fix almost any problem with your game console, or service it to make sure it's running at it's best. Servicing is important as it extends the life of the console, and helps prevent excessive wear-and-tear.
All work is started AFTER you have approved a quote of the work required.
The most common problem with game consoles and CD/DVD players is a faulty laser unit. A replacement laser could cost between $20 up to over $250, depending on your specific product, and it's age.
